Subscription and pre-order shipping dates for KINDLYBOX are as follows:-
- Summer – 5th December (Billing date 25th November)
- Autumn – 5th March (Billing date 25th February)
- Winter – 5th June (Billing date 25th May)
- Spring - 5th September (Billing date 25th August)
Please note, if these dates fall on a weekend your order will be shipped the following business day.
We ship daily so if you sign up for your subscription or purchase a one-off box after the first shipping date of the season your KINDLYBOX order will be shipped the following day.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can track your order.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at anytime, however must be done 5 business days before the following billing date.
KINDLYBOX does not accept returns or refunds unless agreed upon by both parties. However we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase so feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
