WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY KINDLYBOX?

Each KINDLYBOX will include a range of products from ethical and sustainable Australian made brands. We aim to provide products that will nurture and nourish body, mind and spirit. We want to encourage self-care by introducing you to brands that are making sustainability an integral part of their identity.

CAN I SELECT WHAT GOES IN MY BOX?

No. KINDLY prides itself on including carefully considered products from the best Australian made lifestyle, beauty and wellness brands. However, if there is something in particular that would not be suitable for your giftee, please drop us a note and we will do our best to replace that product with a more appropriate item. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?

Our KINDLY gift boxes are dispatched within 24 hours. We have recently introduced Express Shipping for all of our boxes to reduce wait times for your special giftee. 

CAN THE BOX BE PURCHASED AS A GIFT?

Absolutely YES! Our KINDLYBOX makes for a great gift idea. When you purchase, just make sure you include details of the lucky recipient in the shipping details. Don't forget to include a note.

 WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All KINDLYBOX purchases are non-refundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. However please let us know if any items in your box arrive in a damaged state from transit and we will happily replace.
